is that man called Anand Panda has reportedly filed a Copyright case on
makers of Ekthatiger movie.He claims that he script of Salman
Khan-starrer Ek Tha Tiger was written by him.
Earlier,Anand
Panda had moved the high court stating that the police was refusing to
register FIR based on his complaint against the makers of the Salman
Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Ek Tha Tiger who allegedly infringed on
his copyright.After few days,The Bombay High Court has directed Mumbai
police to add the name of Yash Raj Films to a case filed in a copyright
Issue.
Now police registered an FIR on September 9. However, Yash
Raj Films, the producers of the movie, were not named in the FIR.Now
Court has demanded to Panda’s lawayer to directed the production house
to be named as an accused in the report and Directing the police to
investigate the case fairly.
